Loving
There
are only
two
human motivators: fear and love.
Love
and Leadership: Alpha females lead TOWARD something they believe in and
are passionate about. They lead toward a goal that will make a loving
difference somewhere…to someone they care about. Alpha female
leadership is the expression of the fullness of love.
A
good woman is proud of herself. She respects herself and others.
She is aware of who she is. She neither seeks definition from
the person she is with, nor does she expect them to read her
mind. She is quite capable of articulating her needs.
A
good woman is hopeful. She is strong enough to make all her
dreams come true. She knows love, therefore she gives love. She
recognizes that her love has great value and must be
reciprocated. If her love is taken for granted, it soon
disappears.
A
good woman has a dash of inspiration, a dabble of endurance.
She knows that she will, at times, have to inspire others
to reach the potential God gave them. A good woman knows her
past, understands her present and moves toward the future.
A
good woman does not live
in fear of the future because of her past.
Instead, she understands
that her life experiences are merely lessons,
meant to bring her closer to self knowledge and
unconditional self love.

When a
leader’s platform is “not” something, there is no true goal. There
is no true path. There is no true leadership.
Hitler
led out of hate, the absence of love. He didn’t lead because he loved
blonde, blue eyed, fair-skinned Caucasians. He led because he hated all
others, especially dark-skinned, dark-eyed Jews.
Sadaam Hussein didn’t lead because he loved his poverty-stricken
country or his pure, God-given religion and spirituality; he led because
he hated others who are rich and believe in a different God.
This
is not a book about bashing males. It is not an ‘anti’ anything
book. It is the pure and simple story of the governance of the world,
and it holds a LOVE-BASED solution to the current, very sad, state of
affairs.
