ICF-CT   MEETING LOCATIONS

The International Coach Federation, CT Chapter (ICF-CT) will meet  three areas of Connecticut. 

One Friday morning meeting, on September 17, will be held from 9:00am-noon in New Canaan at the Silvermine Art Guild.

November 19 and May 13 Friday morning meetings will be held from 9:00am-noon at the Laurel Gardens in Trumbull. 

One Friday morning meeting, on January 21, will be held from 9:00am-noon in
Hartford, Mark Twain House.

A Wednesday evening meeting, March 16, 2005 will be held from 6:30-9:30pm in Norwalk, location TBD.

Directions

I-95:

I-95 Northbound or Southbound towards Bridgeport. Exit on 27A connector (right-hand exit) and follow signs for Route 8/25. Follow connector to exit 7. Stay right (do not get on the Merritt Parkway) and follow straight to the end-White Plains Road. Turn left onto White Plains Road and follow to first light. Take left onto Reservoir Rd. Laurel Gardens of Trumbull is .4 mile on the left side.

Merritt Parkway Southbound:

Merritt Parkway south to Exit 50. At end of exit turn right onto White Plains Road and proceed down to first light and turn left onto Reservoir Rd. Laurel Gardens of Trumbull is .4 mile on the left side.

Merritt Parkway Northbound:

Merritt Parkway north to Exit 48 (Trumbull mall). At end of exit, turn right on Main Street and proceed to second traffic light and turn left onto Old Town Road. Follow Old Town Road for .9 mile until it appears to end at Oakview. Take a right and a quick left and you'll see that you are still on Old Town. Continue another .4 mile, then take a left and drive a total of .7 mile on Reservoir, going under the Merritt overpass. Laurel Gardens of Trumbull is on the right side, just after a 'slow' sign.

The Mark Twain House & Museum is located at 351 Farmington Avenue in Hartford, Connecticut. The following information will help you locate the museum for your next visit.

Arriving By Car

From Springfield/Points North
Take I-91 South to I-84 West in Hartford.

From New Haven/Points South
Take I-91 North to I-84 West in Hartford.

From Boston/Points East
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike, I-90 West, to I-84 West.

From Waterbury/Points West Take I-84 East to Exit 46, Sisson Avenue, in Hartford.

In Hartford, take Exit 46, Sisson Avenue, off I-84 East or West. At the traffic light, turn right (north) onto Sisson. Continue four blocks to the end of Sisson Avenue. At the traffic light, turn right (east) onto Farmington Avenue. Continue three blocks (approx. 2/10 mile) on Farmington and look for the sign on the right at the entrance to the museum's free parking lot. NOTE: The entrance to the parking lot is one block before The Mark Twain House.

For passengers with limited mobility
Follow the above directions, but continue east on Farmington Avenue and go past The Mark Twain House. Take your first right onto Forest Street and look for the sign on the right for the entrance to the Museum Center's rear parking lot.

Arriving By Bus
CT Transit busses marked "E-Farmington Ave." connect The Mark Twain House with downtown Hartford and West Hartford Center. A transit shelter is located adjacent to the museum at Farmington Avenue and Woodland Street.
