This two-hour workshop is also the first in Betsy’s 8-session Design Your Life Series, (offered separately).  This program looks at designing an environment around you that truly reflects who you are or who you wish to become.   One’s physical, emotional and spiritual environments are explored in terms of health, nutrition, well being, beauty, relationships, family, home and work and how altering a particular environment can affect the changes we seek.    The workshops include live coaching with Betsy and follow-up personal coaching between sessions to assist participants in developing, integrating and carrying out action plans.
